The product features
#5 - B - 2 series silver grains of alloy ash in scraping TuPing are slippery, dry quickly at room temperature, have good grinding performance, do not collapse, have good filling performance, good adhesion, less flow and falling during vertical construction, and few sand holes. The varieties of alloy ash containing modified aluminum silver grains make the gray body more exquisite and have better adhesion, making the product quicker and more convenient for construction and improving construction efficiency.
Scope of construction
Applicable to a variety of metals (such as bare steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, etc.), fiberglass-reinforced plastic, old paint film surfaces, wood, and various kinds of two-component primers.

Construction of the reference:
1.Mix the Lord grey and the curing agent at a ratio of 100:1 - 3 to make a uniform color mixture, and use it up within the gel time.
2.After polishing the fiber alloy gray surface or processing a good sheet metal surface such as a two-component primer, if shaving is needed, it is best to spray several thin layers to the required thickness. If there are bubbles on the surface, they must be thoroughly removed with a scraper and leveled to ensure good adhesion.
Note:
1.Once the gray body is mixed with the curing agent, it cannot be put back into the tank. Immediately seal it after using to avoid causing the evaporation of the solvent in the Lord grey and its metamorphosis. It is forbidden to use mixed solvents such as "water" to dilute the alloy ash for construction on that day
2.The consistency of the Lord grey and the gel time can be adjusted correspondingly according to the customer's requirements.
3.This product cannot be used on the metal surface with corrosive paint, on the surface of synthetic resin or nitrocellulose primer, or on the surface of monocomponent acrylic primer. It is not recommended to spray paint directly on the coating surface of this product.
4.Since the date of production, the effective storage period is 12 months. It is inspected and confirmed according to the standard (over the shelf life, if it can still be used continuously).
