Construction Reference
1.Mix the main ash and the curing agent at a ratio of 100:1 - 3 (to make the color uniform), and use it up within the gel time.
2.Scrape the prepared fiber alloy putty on the polished two-component primer or the prepared sheet metal surface. If a thick coating is required, it is better to scrape several times to the required thickness. In case of bubble penetration during coating and scraping, it must be completely scraped off with a scraper to ensure good adhesion.
Matters needing attention
1.Once the ash is mixed with the curing agent, it cannot be put back into the tank. After use, it should be immediately sealed to prevent the main ash from deteriorating due to the solvent volatilization. It is strictly prohibited to add "Tiannashui" and other solvents to dilute the alloy ash for construction.
2.The consistency of the main ash and the gel time can be adjusted.
3.This product cannot be used on the surface of corrosive paint, on the surface of synthetic resin or nitrocellulose primer, and on the surface of one-component acrylic primer on the metal surface. It is not recommended to directly spray finish paint on the film surface of this product.
4.Effective storage period: 6 months from the date of production. (After the expiration date, it shall be inspected and confirmed according to the standard. If it is qualified, it can still be used.)
Is primer necessary before applying putty?
Whether primer needs to be applied before using putty mainly depends on the substrate on which the putty is used.
For example:
1. When used on an acrylic wall, generally, putty is applied first, and then primer is applied.
2. For cement infrastructure. Generally, putty is applied first to make the surface of the object flat and smooth, and then primer is applied. 3. When used at the welding point of a metal surface. Generally, the welding point should be polished and leveled first, then putty should be applied, and finally primer should be applied. In general, according to different requirements and different substrates, the sequence of applying primer and putty is different, and the construction scheme needs to be determined according to the specific situation.
