How To Use
1. Mix the main ash and curing agent at 100:2 (to make the color consistent), and use up within the gel time.
2. Apply the adjusted putty on the polished two-component primer or the treated cold-rolled plate surface. If it is necessary to apply thick putty, it is better to apply thin putty several times to the required thickness. In case of bubble penetration during coating and scraping, it must be completely scraped with a scraper to ensure good adhesion. The best wet grinding time is 0.5-1h after scraping. 2-3h is the best dry grinding time
Attention:
1. Once the putty is mixed with the curing agent, it cannot be put into the tank again. After use, it should be immediately covered to prevent the main ash from deteriorating due to the volatilization of the solvent. It is strictly prohibited to dilute the putty by adding "Tiannashui" and other solvents for construction.
2. When the temperature is low and the humidity is high, the curing time of the film will be slightly prolonged.
3. This product should not be coated on the galvanized plate.
4. Effective storage for 6 months.
Can we apply paint directly on putty ?
After using putty, after the putty is dry and polished, paint can be directly sprayed on it. The reason why putty is needed is to make the surface of objects look more flat and smooth, so that the surface of objects after painting looks more shiny and decorative.
