Usage Method
1. Surface treatment: The surface of the steel workpiece must be clean, with no oil, lifted loose honeycomb-shaped or not solid rust removed. The cleaner the rust removal, the better the painting effect. Sandblasting conforms to the Swedish standard Sa2.5 class.
2. Components A and B should be allocated in strict accordance with the prescribed proportion, appropriately add diluent and adjust to the appropriate construction viscosity for 20 - 25 seconds (at 25 °C), fully stir evenly, and filter with a 60 - 80 mesh screen, and let it stand for 10 - 15 minutes before construction.
3. The two components after mixing should be used up within the specified time (4 hours at 30°C, 6 hours at 20°C).
4. For corners, welds, cuts and special parts that are not treated in place, brush 1 - 2 times with this paint before spraying, and then spray a large area to ensure the thickness of the film.
5. To ensure the thickness of the film required to resist corrosion, if the thickness is not up to the requirements, it needs to be sprayed three or four times. Because sufficient anti-rust film thickness is the guarantee of steel structure rust prevention and corrosion protection.

Intermediate paint: Epoxy color thick paste paint once, reference: 7 m²/Kg
Finish: Acrylic enamel or polyurethane enamel coating twice, the reference amount of 4 m²/Kg
Construction method: Airless spray, brush or ordinary spray
Thinner: Epoxy thinner
