Night lighting paint spraying:

A. It is recommended to use the spraying method (preferably with air spray gun spray).

B. When spraying with air spray gun, diluent can be used directly or added (either BAC or toluene) according to the spray viscosity, and the amount of diluent should be 5 to avoid reducing its covering force.

C. The luminous paint is (oily self-drying paint), which contains polarity machine solvent modulation, and may erode the surface of general water-based paint and elastic paint. For caution, please try in a small area or hidden place before use.

1. Before spraying, the coated surface should be cleaned. If uneven, please repair the coated surface and polish it; after completely drying, the acrylic series white (flat) primer shall be sprayed.

2. In order to make the light storage effect of the luminous paint better, it is recommended to spray the acrylic series white (flat light) primer as the bottom layer before spraying.

3. After the spray primer is completely dry, then spray the luminous paint. When spraying, it should be 15-25 from the covered surface, thin one layer, and about 5-10 minutes to spraying the second spray.

4. The interval time of each spray should be 5-10 minutes, with the minimum base of three spraying, depending on the uniform condition after spraying; the fourth spray or more can be added, with the thickness of the spray film with stronger light storage capacity (i. e., better brightness at night).

5. Nocturt paint (the drying time is about 15-20 minutes). After the completion of spraying, spray transparent paint again to make the surface of luminous paint more durable.

Apply brush with:

A. It is recommended to use the brushing method (use special paint brush).

B. No dilution can be used directly or add diluent (either BAC or toluene) according to the coating viscosity requirements, and the amount of diluent should be 5 to avoid reducing its covering force.

C. Night light paint is (oily self-drying spray / brush paint), containing polarity machine solvent modulation, the general water-based paint, elastic paint surface erosion, for caution, please try in a small area or hidden place before use.

For a thick coating operation, wait for 15-20 minutes until the surface is slightly dry and perform the second operation in the same way as described above.

4. During construction, please do not brush back and forth above or left and right, so as to avoid the uneven dispersion of the luminous material, which seriously affects its light storage capacity.

5. The interval time of each stroke is 15-20 minutes, it is recommended that at least four strokes should be applied as the minimum benchmark depending on the uniform situation after brushing can add the fifth or more, with the thickness of the paint film, the light storage capacity is stronger (i. e., the night brightness is better).

6. Nocturt paint (refers to the drying time of about 20-30 minutes), after the painting is completed, spray or paint transparent paint again, to make the surface of the paint more beautiful.

Night paint construction: luminous paint should be painted to form a paint film to play a function. Therefore, dry adequately.

Play the performance of luminous paint, must do complete and correct construction. The following are the precautions for construction:

(1) Understand the performance of luminous coating according to the prescribed method of construction: if it is professional construction: it is recommended to spray polymer capant one to two layers on the bottom and complete the paint film, so as to enhance the attachment, weather resistance and paint life.

(2) do complete surface treatment: the surface treatment is appropriate or not, has a great impact on the performance and life of the paint film, so it must completely remove rust, oil and other foreign bodies and fully dry before the construction of brush coating.

(3) luminous coating should be fully stirred evenly: luminous coating system pigment, resin liquid and luminous material mixture, from manufacturing to use, there may be a period of time, and it is inevitable to have pigment or luminous material separation and precipitation, so it should be fully stirred evenly before use.

(4) a brush thickness should not be too thick: if the brush thickness is too thick, it is easy to produce diarrhea, wrinkle and other phenomena. Therefore, to do appropriate control, do laminated coating construction.

(5) the laminated coating should be dry after the lower paint after construction: do the laminated coating, if the lower paint film is not dry, it is easy to wrinkle and even infiltrate the bottom paint peeling phenomenon. Therefore, the upper paint can only be applied after the lower paint is dry.

(6) Avoid construction in low temperature and humid climate: when the temperature drops below 5℃, will extremely reduce the paint dryness, at the same time in the humidity above 85 RH%, will produce fog, reduce light, and even affect the attachment, so should avoid construction in this situation.

(7) try to remove dust: dust will not only affect the performance of the paint film, but also damage the beauty, so as far as possible.

(8) Angle iron screws and other joints should be coated work: Angle iron joints, welding or screw and other parts, because it is not easy to do complete construction, should do coating work to make up for, and pay attention to avoid leakage, coating uneven events.

(9) Pay attention to the amount of thinning agent should not be arbitrarily add drying agent: if the paint is too thick, need to add thinning agent, we should pay attention to the amount of deployment, do not affect the covering force and the thickness of the film, the general situation is not more than 5% for the principle. Although the drying agent can promote the dryness of the paint, but the excessive drying agent is easy to lead to the surface dry dry phenomenon, while drying in the paint film will continue to promote the aging of the paint film.

(10) Fast drying: can be heated drying 65℃± 5℃, drying time of about 6-10 minutes.
