    Construction Guidance

     

    Surface preparation: YY330, dust, moisture and other impurities before construction.

    In order to ensure the appearance of the paint film, the primer should be smooth and smooth, without dry spray, orange peel and other surface defects

    Maintenance: Remove oil and fat with appropriate cleaning agent and remove salt and other contaminants with (high pressure) fresh water. Remove the rust and loose paint layers with sandblasting or power tools. Clean the residue and apply to the thickness of the paint film.

    Mix and dilute YY330 Is a two-component product with a definite allocation ratio. Stir the base material until evenly smooth, then slowly add the curing agent and stir for 3 minutes. An adjustable-speed power mixer is recommended. Do not stir too much, otherwise it will accelerate the curing and shorten the life of the product. The high temperature will shorten the active phase of the mixture. The low temperature can be extended. Add an appropriate amount of diluent to dilute according to the construction habit.

    Construction: YY330 Airless spraying, brush coating or conventional spraying.

    Ventilation: maintaining good ventilation in closed places is very important for the safety of construction personnel and for maintaining the correct performance of the product. The air must be dry because the product cannot be painted when the humidity exceeds 85%.
