Construction method:

1. Two component mixing ratio: white primer: primer curing agent: thinner ＝ 4:1: proper amount
2. Single component mixing ratio: white primer: thinner ＝ 1:0.8
3. Air spraying, spray gun aperture: 1.8 ～ 2.5mm, spraying pressure: 3 ～ 4kg/cm2, mixed use time: two-component paint shall be used up within 2 hours after adding curing agent, and the service time shall be shortened after mixing when the ambient temperature is greater than 30 ℃.

2. Painting method:
After opening the tank cover, stir the luminous paint for 5-10 minutes. Use a soft wool brush. During the brushing process, stir the paint body from time to time to prevent sedimentation. The wool brush dipped in the paint body dips upward from the tank bottom. The wool brush and the painted surface are at an angle of 45 degrees and painted in the same direction in a "one" shape. It is not allowed to brush back and forth. The thickness should be uniform to ensure the best reflective effect.
Spraying method: After opening the tank cover, stir the luminous paint for 5-10 minutes. After fully mixing, directly pour the paint body into the gun pot of the spray gun for spraying. The paint layer should not be thick, and the color should be uniform. The coating thickness is about 20 microns. During the spraying process, the paint body should be constantly shaken to prevent reflective crystals from settling. The distance between the gun mouth and the working surface should be about 20 cm, the air pressure should be controlled at 0.3 MPa, and the atomization should be turned on to the maximum. Under the condition of ensuring the coloring force, the thin and uniform coating can achieve the best reflective effect.

 

Drying time: the temperature is about 26 ℃, it can be dried for about 15 minutes, and it can be dried for 24 hours
Remarks: Before painting, the surface to be constructed shall be carefully cleaned, and the surface shall be dry and free of oil stain and dirt. After the substrate is dry, the primer shall be made, and then the finish coat shall be made.
Note: The luminous paint is special. The thicker it needs to be made, the longer the luminous time is, and the better the luminous brightness is. It is generally recommended to do it for 2-3 times to achieve better luminous effect.
