Usage

1. Construction method of primer:

To achieve the best luminous effect of luminous paint, please strictly follow the operation process and method of the company. The specific operation items are as follows:

Apply the paint thickly and evenly to ensure the best reflective effect.

3. Spraying method:

After opening the lid, mix the luminous paint for 5–10 minutes.
After mixing evenly, pour the paint directly into the spray gun.
The paint spraying should not be too thick.
The color should be uniform.
The coating thickness is about 20 microns.
During the spraying process, keep shaking the paint to prevent reflective crystals from precipitating.
Keep the distance between the nozzle and the working surface at about 20 cm.
Control the air pressure at 0.3 MPa and maximize atomization.
Under the condition of ensuring color strength, a thin and uniform coating achieves the best reflective effect.

4. Drying time:

At a temperature of about 26 degrees Celsius, it can dry in about 15 minutes. It can be put into use after 24 hours.

Note: Before coating, carefully clean the surface requiring construction and confirm that the surface is dry and free of oil and dirt. After the substrate is dry, apply primer and then topcoat.

Note: The luminous paint is more special. The thicker it is applied, the longer the luminous time and the better the luminous brightness. It is generally recommended to apply it 2–3 times to achieve a better luminous effect.

With a paint film of 40–60 microns and a smooth surface:

1 kg can paint 1–3 square meters;

2 kg can paint 3–6 square meters;

Avoid construction in low-temperature and humid climates: When the temperature drops below 5℃, it will reduce the drying speed of the paint. At the same time, when the humidity is above 85% RH, fog will occur, reducing the brightness and even affecting adhesion. Therefore, construction should be avoided in such cases.
Perform complete surface treatment: Appropriate surface treatment has a great impact on the performance and lifespan of the paint film. Therefore, before construction and brushing, remove stains, oil, water stains, and other foreign bodies and ensure full drying.
Luminous coating should be fully stirred: Luminous coating is a luminous paint made by using rare elements as raw materials through high-temperature carbonization of luminous powder, adding aromatic alkane as solvent, toner, and acrylic modified resin as connecting material. The brush thickness should not be too thick: If the brush thickness is too thick, it is easy to cause sagging, wrinkling, and other phenomena. Therefore, appropriate control should be exercised and multi-layer coating construction should be carried out.
The laminated coating should be constructed after the lower paint is dry: For laminated coating, if the lower paint film is not dry, it is easy to cause wrinkling and even infiltration and peeling of the bottom paint. Therefore, the upper paint can only be applied after the lower paint is dry.
Try to remove dust: Dust will not only affect the performance of the paint film but also damage the beauty. Therefore, keep it as clean as possible.
